Cushion is great and fits perfectly. I also had a great experience with customer service when I requested a change right after I ordered online. The website was easy to use-- the only glitch that I had was that 2-inch thick foam was not an option in the drop down menu. I placed my order with the 3-inch thick option, but when I realized I could have ordered 2-inch thick foam, I corresponded with customer service and they were able to make the change.

Ordered custom cushions for outdoor furniture. Picked sunbrella fabric and when the cushions arrived they looked beautiful. All fit the chairs perfectly

The cushions fit perfectly. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Everything was very simple to understand, to order and the cushions arrived quickly.

Quality is outstanding. The pillows are a bit overfilled, but I'm sure there was an option there that I am responsible for, also I think they will "settle" after a bit. The stitching, zippers, and inserts are high quality. You were outstanding and even looked up the fabric I used on a past order so I could match exactly. It would be great if it were a little speedier but given the quality it's completely understandable (and probably faster than local upholstery companies).

I really liked the cushion fill, it was actually a little more supportive than what came from the factory. Mostly, being able to replace the back seat pads for such a reasonable price was the main reason for ordering from. you. To replace these from the manufacturer, Rattan, I would have been required to buy both the back and bottom seat cushion fill at about $1600. These were under $200 with shipping.

Very satisfied with the product and quality. Was made accurately to the custom specifications provided. Cost seemed high, but quality was there.
