Tricia worked with us throughout the entire process beginning with figuring out the best choices for fabric and construction of our custom seat cushions and pillows. The most difficult part for us was preparing the template for the cushions and she assisted us whenever we had a question. The finished product exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled with the way the final product fits and looks. Tricia was also helpful in scheduling the production and delivery to fit our time schedule since we were away from home for about 2 weeks and the cushions were held and shipped after we returned so that we didn't have to be concerned about the delivery while we were away. We had looked into several other companies in our area and also on-line and could not find one that was as comfortable to work with as CushionSource. (I sent Tricia a photo last week.) The entire experience was as good as it could've been.

The flow of the stripes match from the seat to the back cushions. You shipped on time and it was received well packed and without any problems.
