I used templates for the three bay window seat cushions that I needed because the bay window itself was oddly shaped. In order to make the cushions fit together properly the measurements I gave were not consistent from cushion to cushion. Once I submitted the templates I was contacted because the cushion measurements were rather strange, I truly appreciate Tricia taking the time to reach out to me to ensure this was what I wanted. I got my order right on time, I held my breath place the cushions on the bay window seat and they fit like puzzle pieces. I'm super pleased! I can genuinely say this was a great experience.
