Excellent product , highly satisfied

I used templates for the three bay window seat cushions that I needed because the bay window itself was oddly shaped. In order to make the cushions fit together properly the measurements I gave were not consistent from cushion to cushion. Once I submitted the templates I was contacted because the cushion measurements were rather strange, I truly appreciate Tricia taking the time to reach out to me to ensure this was what I wanted. I got my order right on time, I held my breath place the cushions on the bay window seat and they fit like puzzle pieces. I'm super pleased! I can genuinely say this was a great experience. 

Exceptional product. Would like faster delivery, but still very happy. Wouldn't trade the quality for speed.

Incredible quality and look has transformed my sectional outdoor couch!

The measurements, stitching and delivery are as expected and described. The item was wrapped well in plastic for minimal environmental exposure. Overall I am very pleased. I was a little surprised with the fabric - my own fault for not ordering a sample. Note to self: (and others!) Take the time and order a fabric sample. I was very impressed with the packaging. It was minimalist but appeared to be well protected from the elements (an issue I was so concerned about, I reached out when I ordered).

The bench cushion is perfect just as I expected!

I love these cushions. I bought 3 bottom cushions for the sofa and one longer less dense one piece for a love seat. They all are very firm and supportive. It's like having a new sofa and love seat for 1/10 the price of buying a new cheaply made new sofa and love seat. They fit perfectly too. I did have to wait for 10 days but it was well worth the wait.
