The cushion I ordered was just as I had specified. It has been in use since I received it and has held its size and shape. It is used to add height to my recliner which I have trouble getting out of due to weakness in my legs. The cushion makes it possible for me to get up without assistance. I ordered a cushion to place on an antique hope chest. The purpose is to protect it from small grandchildren. I love it the cushion, and it is very well made. I measured incorrectly with my order, but one of your employees was nice enough to track down the order before production and get it corrected for me. She also called me to let me know it was corrected in time. I will certainly use your company in the future.
