We ordered 7 cushions and it was a fabulous and easy process from start to finish! After purchasing several samples and deciding on one for our dining room chairs, we were stuck on what material to use as welting, so Markay sent several additional samples to us so we could look at them side by side with our chosen fabric. We ended up picking one from her samples that we never would have even considered, and the end result is beautiful. The video on how to create a custom template was easy to follow and we were able to provide exact measurements for our chairs and the cushions fit perfectly. We will definitely be using this company again for future needs.
This is the second time that I have ordered cushions from your company and both times, I have been completely satisfied. This last time, I inadvertently put the wrong measurement in my order and your employee called me to discuss it and straighten it out.
