Top notch service and product. I had bought another's product and was not satisfied. It was not exactly to my measurement needs and was tufted. I needed something for a wooden bench at the foot of my bed used for medical reasons, to don shoes, socks, compression socks, and trousers. I'd seen your online ad and decided to try for better, more exact measurements. All were superb and the price was very reasonable. Ordered a sample and it was not the color I wanted. I thought my journey with you was over. However, a customer service rep, Christie Parente, took the time to reach out to me by email and told me that she was willing to work with me if I made the call. Well I did. Your company sent me more samples to choose from and I did order a window seat cushion. If Christie would not have taken the extra mile I would not have known what a great company you are.
The cushions arrived as scheduled and look great. They are very well made and a perfect fit for my settee. While the fabric was much lighter than pictured on the website, it coordinates great with my room. If I'd given myself more time in advance, I would have ordered a swatch or two. But I'm very happy with the fabric choice even though it is lighter than I was expecting.
