That was the easiest and quickest custom order I've ever made! The online customization tool was a breeze. We were notified when the shipment was coming with all the shipping details and in the timeframe given to us when placing the order. All cushions were exactly what we expected, size, color, material, fit, etc. We were actually shocked with how good everything fit. It's a bit concerning when measuring ourselves - but they came out perfectly!

I am so pleased with our window bench cushion made by Cushion Source. At first, there was a problem because the cutter cut my material incorrectly. This was my own material that I had bought in a Thrift store in Colorado some years ago. It would have been impossible to get more of this fabric. Luckily I had just enough leftover for them to remake the cushion. The company offered not only to pay for the shipping of my material to them, but they made me 2 throw pillows out of the incorrectly cut material. I am so very happy it all worked out.
