I made a mistake on the order and instead of having one long tie on each corner the covers had 2 small ties which did not work with our benches. You helped me figure out how I could fix it and offered to replace the ties if I could not. Fortunately, the fix was easy.

It was helpful to speak to a representative and know that they understood what I was trying to accomplish and had some recommendations that simplified the solution.
