The customer service is outstanding! Thank you for answering the phone. So many businesses have quit doing this. I had so many questions on the cushion shape, size and adding a button to the cushion back. You always answered all my questions. One of the most important tips was to add 2" all the way around to the cushion back to the measurements I took. I would not have known to do this and ordered it wrong. This was because when you fill the pillow it makes it smaller than your original measurement. Thank you!! My cushions are fabulous and gorgeous!!! We will always be a customer with you!

Well crafted product and good customer service

I love my new bench cushion! It is GORGEOUS and so well made. Thank goodness I measured correctly because it is a perfect fit! I am preparing to order more for the bedrooms since I have a bunch of window seats that need a cushion!
