These are the second set of cushions I've ordered from Cushion Source and I've been completely satisfied both times. The first time, was for some replacement cushions for my kitchen built-in benches. They have proved durable and attractive. I was so happy, I just ordered replacement cushions for an old rattan porch set I inherited--Fantastic. I'm a happy customer with the quality, the quick delivery, and the beautiful finished product. I have been very happy with Cushion Source and I highly recommend.
I am very happy about your product, AND your customer service. This is the third time I've ordered from you all this year. Each time my cushions have been made well, and are sent well-packaged in a timely way. This past time I ordered only two additional outdoor throw pillows for new patio furniture that we purchased for our new patio that we were christening at my mother's 91st birthday party. I asked if you could rush them, and someone called and left a message that you weren't able to do rush orders. I understood. But then, the cushions came earlier than the promise date--like two weeks earlier!! I was thrilled. I called your number and talked to someone, whom I thanked profusely. And asked her to thank all those who worked on and processed my order. Thank you all so much. I will continue to buy my ourdoor cushions from you, and have already told several people about you all.
