I have received the 5 cushions I order from you and I am very pleased with them. They fit perfectly into their covers. I have 2 Flex Steel couches that I love but the cushions have never been right. The foam, it seemed to me, was much too big for the covers. This has been bothering me for the past 5 years. I finally decided to do something about it. Overall great experience. The options were mostly intuitive for me, but I did feel a little unsure upon placing my order simply because I've never done anything like this before. I appreciated the person who reached out to discuss a choice I had made on pattern orientation, and the finished product is fantastic.
These are the second set of cushions I've ordered from Cushion Source and I've been completely satisfied both times. The first time, was for some replacement cushions for my kitchen built-in benches. I am very happy about your product, AND your customer service. This is the third time I've ordered from you all this year. Each time my cushions have been made well, and are sent well-packaged in a timely way. This past time I ordered only two additional outdoor throw pillows for new patio furniture that we purchased for our new patio that we were christening at my mother's 91st birthday party. I asked if you could rush them, and someone called and left a message that you weren't able to do rush orders. I understood. But then, the cushions came earlier than the promise date--like two weeks earlier!! I was thrilled. I called your number and talked to someone, whom I thanked profusely.
