The original fabric I chose was discontinued. Shay helped be pick another fabric that was very nice. Shay was very helpful and knowledgeable. I received all of my cushions and as always with cushion source, I was very pleased.

Well crafted product and good customer service

I love my new bench cushion! It is GORGEOUS and so well made. Thank goodness I measured correctly because it is a perfect fit! I am preparing to order more for the bedrooms since I have a bunch of window seats that need a cushion!

Excellent service ordering a complicated / non-standard cushion . A single cushion of a five-cushion banquette was damaged and needed replacing. Fabric was discontinued and could not obtain enough for all sides. CS worked to use matching fabric on the surfaces that showed and another on the sides that didn't matter. Thank you!!
