I really needed new cushions for my couch and didn't know where to start. I am so glad I went with Cushion source! There was an issue with my order and the customer service was great. I just needed to confirm the dimensions. Then the cushions arrived and fit perfectly on the couch! They are firm and comfortable. Just what I needed for my couch! It looks new again. Honestly, nothing could have been better. My cushions are terrific. They were cut to size perfectly. My mistake was I didn't consider the cushions are in compression and therefore need a bit larger size to fill out the cushion cover. My 24 inch square should have been 25 x 24 1/2 or so to allow for squeezing into and filling out the cushion cover. I'll order larger next time.
