Excellent customer service and helpful staff. Cushion came out perfect. Very happy with it.

Website was easy to navigate, including customizing the order. Product was delivered within a few weeks of order placement, which we viewed as timely. Outdoor cushions fit well on sofa and chair. Although we've not been able to use yet, they appear well made and substantial.

We ordered a Custom Bench cushion - 70'x12'. I had a little bit of a problem with the order not going through at first so I called and talked to Bess. She was extremely helpful, suggested I order the fabric in a different direction to avoid a seam and also was able to request a middle tie down for the cushion. Bess was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable that I ordered a fabric that I would be pleased with. When the cushion arrived we will thrilled with it. So happy with the way it was constructed. And it is extremely comfortable. I was so happy with it that I sent Bess and email to let her know how pleased we were and I sent her a photo of the cushion on the bench. She replied right away to me. Will be happy to order from Cushion Source again, if I have a need and would highly recommend to anyone looking for Custom cushions.

Nicely made. Arrived early. What's not to like?

Ordered an outside hassock cushion, and some patio chair cushions in dupione laurel. They all arrived in time and are made with high quality craftmanship. The customer service was very helpful when I had questions about measuring and materials. It is still too cold in Wisconsin to put everything on the patio so will wait to send photos.

Love the cushion, fit's perfectly and very well made. Website was easy to maneuver. Whenever I don’t have to chase an order down it’s a good day!
