The quality of the product is exceptional. It was sized correctly and fits the area that the cushion is being used for perfectly. The delivery had to be redirected to a different address because I was mistaken on the initial order. I phoned and customer service phoned fed x to redirect the package. My beautiful Cushion Source bench cushion arrived well packaged for protection of the product, and most of the packaging was recyclable. Unpacking and set-up took only a few minutes, and I can't think when I've spent more time simply admiring a purchase on the day of its arrival. As recommended on the Cushion Source site, I ordered several fabric swatches before selecting the one for my cushion.. The cushion is professionally crafted and just as I had envisioned it would look in my reading and craft room. The ordering process was easy; the cushion arrived within the time frame indicated on the Cushion Source site; and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product. The cushion is comfortable to sit on (medium firm), and the fit is perfect for the bench thanks to the instructions for measuring provided on the Cushion Source site.
