I am so pleased with my custom 90" x 14" bench pad in navy blue. The product exceeded my and my husband's (who is quite particular) expectations in quality and workmanship. The fabric is exactly as described/pictured, the pad is thick and comfortable, the piping is well done and the ties were in exactly the right locations. I was concerned ordering on-line for such a custom pad, but the price was better than any of the local shops. The customer service representative, Peggy, was knowledgeable and patient, and guided me through the whole process (which made me feel comfortable). Most impressive, was that the delivery date was 1 week before promised - yes, that's what I said - in the middle of COVID & the holidays! Thank you, Cushion Source - I am customer for life!

The quality of the product is exceptional. It was sized correctly and fits the area that the cushion is being used for perfectly. The delivery had to be redirected to a different address because I was mistaken on the initial order. I phoned and customer service phoned fed x to redirect the package.
