The quality of the product is exceptional. It was sized correctly and fits the area that the cushion is being used for perfectly. The delivery had to be redirected to a different address because I was mistaken on the initial order. I phoned and customer service phoned fed x to redirect the package. The cushion is professionally crafted and just as I had envisioned it would look in my reading and craft room.
