I really needed new cushions for my couch and didn't know where to start. I am so glad I went with Cushion source! There was an issue with my order and the customer service was great. I just needed to confirm the dimensions. Then the cushions arrived and fit perfectly on the couch! They are firm and comfortable. Just what I needed for my couch! It looks new again. Honestly, nothing could have been better. Everything from the ordering process, the website is great and easy to navigate, customer service was great and responsive, and of course the cushions are great!

My cushions are terrific. They were cut to size perfectly. My mistake was I didn't consider the cushions are in compression and therefore need a bit larger size to fill out the cushion cover. My 24 inch square should have been 25 x 24 1/2 or so to allow for squeezing into and filling out the cushion cover. I'll order larger next time.

I first called to ask how I would get cushion insert replacements for my outdoor cushions. The rep was extremely helpful and so sweet. I found it right away!!! I tried one first to make sure I was measuring correctly and I was very pleased with resulting size and quality. I ordered the rest and they arrived today! I can't wait to see! I've already told my mom about it - she needs replacements too. I was also so so happy about the quick turnaround. I just all around couldn't be happier.
My Sunbrella material arrived in great condition and as promised. I really love the color and quality of Sunbrella especially for outdoor applications because it lasts so much longer and holds it's color! Will definitely be buying more for future projects.
