My beautiful Cushion Source bench cushion arrived well packaged for protection of the product, and most of the packaging was recyclable. Unpacking and set-up took only a few minutes, and I can't think when I've spent more time simply admiring a purchase on the day of its arrival. As recommended on the Cushion Source site, I ordered several fabric swatches before selecting the one for my cushion.. The cushion is professionally crafted and just as I had envisioned it would look in my reading and craft room. The ordering process was easy; the cushion arrived within the time frame indicated on the Cushion Source site; and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product. The cushion is comfortable to sit on (medium firm), and the fit is perfect for the bench thanks to the instructions for measuring provided on the Cushion Source site. I highly recommend Cushion Source for the quality of their craftmanship, the variety and quality of their fabrics, the ease of ordering from their well-designed site, the affordability of their products, and the reasonable time frame for delivery.
