I ordered custom seat cushions for a two person love seat. The entire process from start to finish was so satisfying. I was able to locate some fabric choices on the internet and received those samples through the mail. One of the samples was exactly the right shade and texture. From there I began the custom ordering process. I started with a call to a customer service representative who walked me through the process and she was extremely helpful in telling me how to navigate the online ordering process. After making a template using the Cushion Source instructions, I was able to input the dimensions, mail off the template, and await the finished product--which was delivered a few weeks ahead of schedule!! the cushions have been in our home for a couple of weeks, They are extremely well made, comfortable, and they fit precisely as the template measurements requested. How wonderful this was! I highly recommend this company and their affordable and customized service and products. Everything about the ordering process was delightful, stress free and came through so well.
