My experience was only positive. Shannon worked with me to find an appropriate cushion (headrest) which I'm using on the arms of my vintage glider. They look good and work great. Very happy with them. I tried the two I ordered on one of the arms and liked the way that looked so I have ordered two more for the other side.
I had cushions and pillows made for a very large (over 11 feet long) window seat in my home. The cushions and pillows turned out great! They fit perfectly, arriving just as measured. They also came before the anticipated arrival date. The price was very reasonable, less than I was quoted at the local cushion store. Also, I contacted customer service while I was measuring for my order. Someone answered immediately and was very helpful in making sure that I measured correctly. I am very happy with my purchase!
