My mom is thrilled with the new custom cushions for her glider rocker! She had relegated it to the basement because of its old, stained cushions, and looked but couldn't find appropriate replacements. I found Cushion Source, ordered fabric swatches, we made the templates, and now, the chair is in the living room and Mom is happily claiming it as 'her' chair. We're both very pleased and will definitely recommend Cushion Source to others. The ordering process for custom cushions was explained very well and there was plenty of information to help guide selection.
The cushion is better than I expected it to be. The color matches my decor perfectly. The only negative is that my window seat is sqaure in the corners and I think squared corners as opposed to rounded would have looked better. It was delivered much sooner that I expected!

I was absolutely satisfied from start to finish. 1) Your website is very easy to use. 2) The one time I had difficulty using the website, I called and the person I worked with was very helpful and friendly. 3) The finished product is absolutely beautiful and just exactly what I wanted. Our fireplace has a raised hearth, and people were always just sitting down on the bricks as if it was a hard, cold couch! I tried putting pillows on it, but they did not look very attractive and were always getting knocked off. I thought several times that it would be great to have a cushion that fit the hearth exactly and that matched my room decor. Thanks to you, now I have exactly what I wanted. The "fireplace seat" is now the most popular seat in the house. (Don't worry, it's safe, it is a gas fireplace and we rarely ever use it. If we did, we would move the cushion.) I will probably be ordering some throw pillows soon. We may also need new cushions for our patio chairs outside. It looks like everything I need at this time is available on your site.
I ordered the custom cushions for a window bench in my daughters room. They are durable and pretty all at the same time. The cushions are wonderful! Perfect color, perfect fit. I got them very quickly. I'm a very satisfied customer! I will be back to order more cushions for my other daughter's window bench.

I was delighted with the cushion. I was concerned that I would see the seam. I know where it is, but no one else will be able to tell unless they hunt with a magnifying glass. Tricia, your telephone sales rep, was not only helpful, but a delight with whom to chat. I would definitely recommend you to friends and use your services again based on this product AND the price. Raise your prices and I would go locally.
