Love the pillows and they arrived before promised.

I received the window cushion I had ordered last week and I just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with it. Several friends said I was crazy to order a custom cushion on-line but I couldn\'t be happier. Thank you so much. It is exactly what I wanted. Your customer service was very helpful when I was trying to decide on material.

At one point I needed to call your customer service number, as the shipping was $60, which seemed like a lot. The customer service representative was very pleasant and patiently explained the shipping policy/costs to me in terms of size of product and current shipping rates, which I then completely understood. I love the workmanship of the cushion you made. It was shipped on the expected date and arrived in excellent condition. A slight oversight - the extra yards of fabric I ordered did not come with the cushion and I had to call and ask for it. The person on the phone was extremely nice and the fabric arrived very promptly.
