We were very pleased with the cushion that that we ordered. It fit Perfectly on the window seat that we had built. The workmanship on that cushion was second to none! Everything was great, from the ordering process to delivery of the product.

I really wanted to commend your service people. I ordered the wrong sized cushion; and called when I realized my mistake. Your company mistakenly sent the wrong sized one; but when I called to complain they immediately had a UPS person come pick it up, and finished the new cushion in no time! They couldn't have been more helpful or agreeable to work with. Your staff did an outstanding job. I will not hesitate to use your company in the future for any cushions I might need.

I ordered replacement cushions for my 5 piece wicker patio set. I was very apprehensive about ordering online as fit was dependent upon my measurements and making templates. I am absolutely thrilled with the results! Workmanship is excellent, the fabric is beautiful and the fit is perfect. The price was really reasonable for the great quality, and turnaround time was great. I would definitely use this company again and reccomend them to others.

At one point I needed to call your customer service number, as the shipping was $60, which seemed like a lot. The customer service representative was very pleasant and patiently explained the shipping policy/costs to me in terms of size of product and current shipping rates, which I then completely understood.
