I called with some questions which I felt were answered not only thoroughly, but patiently. You seem to understand that this can be a big purchase and it can be uncomfortable and confusing to buy online. I was unsure about ordering custom cushions online until I after my phone conversation and ordered as soon as I hung up the phone.

Everything was great! I received the rocking chair cushion set very quickly. When I received it, I tore open the box, put it on the rocking chair and it fit perfectly. The measurements of the cushions coincided with the measurements stated online. I am very pleased with them. The rocking chair will now look wonderful in the nursery for our first baby! Good quality cushion. I was nervous ordering this online, especially since I thought it was a bit pricey, but overall I got what I expected. The material looked pretty much like the sample online and the cushion is very sturdy. The ordering process was very simple, and I appreciated being able to order online and seeing fabric samples. The cushion arrived earlier than stated and before my baby, which was a plus.

Great assistance on the phone and really pleased with the cushion. It wasn't inexpensive but so great to feel that it was money well spent. It took a while to get it well 'integrated' with my chair, but now that it is I think it's perfect, and more comfortable than what I was doing without it.

The cushion is made very well - it fits exactly - next time I will order sample fabric as it turned out a little darker than I had anticipated but it is something that I can work around. You were prompt and I appreciate the service. I will be in the market for more outdoor cushions in the near future and I will certainly order from you.
