Prior to placing my order, I called customer service for advice re: color, coordinating trim and received quick and professional advice. I then spoke to another person regarding whether they could get it done in time for Christmas. They were thoughtful in the interest to get it to me in time. Not only did it arrive sooner than I thought, it was beautful!

I am very satisfied. I ordered cushion and pillow inserts and fabric. The shipping date was for completed cushions which would have put it into Christmas, but I called your Cust. Svc. and the man took care of this immediately for me. He saved the day!

No boxes next to products to click on. I bought a custom cushion and two throw pillows. They will sit on a low chest that serves as a window seat. All are part of a gift providing a room remodel for a teenage girl. I probably won't have photos until early January. If I remember, I'll send a copy. Products look good at first glance. Assume they'll hold up. Appreciated the relatively fast response.

I was very hesitant about ordering cushions online without seeing them first. I first ordered samples of some colors and finally selected a tan color. After my order was placed, it was nothing but grand service! The cushions came in ahead of schedule and were amazing!!! It was hard to not see the final product before purchase, but everything came out excatly how we envisioned it. The cushions are very comfortable and they fit perfect on our new window bench. I highly recommend this site for any future cushion needs!
