THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS SEAMLESS, FROM ORDERING TO DELIVERY. THE CUSHIONS WERE PERFECT. IT WAS HARD FINDING A COMPANY THAT MADE THE LARGER CHAISE LOUNGE CUSHIONS, AND I WAS GLAD MY HUSBAND TOOK THE TIME TO LOOK ON THE INTERNET. WE COULD NOT BE ANYMORE PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT. We are happy with the end product. We have had a couple of custom jobs done in the last few month. Both jobs turned out perfect. The second job was really different and I was concerned that it might not turn out right. We got a call from a rep shortly after we submitted the template for the custom cushions. After a brief conversation the job moved forward. It turned out excellent. I would highly recommend you to friends and family.
I love the cushions 21"x19"x4". I could not find this size any place else. The fabric is lovely and I like the color (cocoa brown). The order came quickly.
