I ordered online with no interaction from your customer service department, I found the website very easy to navigate and I was able to figure out what I wanted. Later my spouse disagreed with my color choice, so I called customer service and they helped me change the fabric color. Since the fabric had already been ordered the representative helped me figure out that every cushion needs throw pillows, so we used the first fabric for pillows. Now I have a cushion with accenting throw pillows and my spouse and I are very happy with them! (Oh, and she was right, the cushion would have not worked too well visually if it was made from the first fabric...)

I ordered 3 custom pillows from cushionsource.com. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and workmanship. One of the fabrics was out of stock, and Tricia called me to offer another very similar fabric that was in stock. It worked perfectly! Also, I called to inquire about the status of my order because I was going to be out of the country for a couple weeks. Tricia both called and emailed me that the workroom had finished my pillows, and they would overnight the shipping because I was traveling soon. I highly recommend this website!!!
