The cushions look beautiful, although I have not yet tried them out on the couch and chairs as I decided to have them repaired first. I am looking forward to putting them together soon. Beautiful cushion! Totally pleased with the fabric and construction! Initially I was thinking I only wanted it to be 2" thick, but that wasn't an option with the tufting, welting or one of the other features I wanted. But now I'm glad that it's 3" thick! Quality product!

I had specific ideas so I knew I needed to talk with a real person, some things could not be done as an online customer. Delivery was timely, so much so that the carpenter has not started building the banquette bench for these special order cushions. I have peeked through the plastic wrap, though, everything looks like what I ordered. There were 2-3 holes poked in protective plastic during shipping but fabric underneath appears to be unharmed .
