Exceptionally pleased. I ordered two cushions online, and realized that the fabric I'd chosen wasn't going to work, so I called and spoke with Christie Parente. Not only did she change the fabric order for me, but she called me back to question the sizes I'd selected, as they seemed too small to do what I was trying to do; they were indeed. She fixed the order for us. When the cushions arrived, they were perfect. We love them, but I am most impressed with how helpful Christie was and how proactive she was about the size.
