The cushion came as I expected. The quality and fit is perfect. The manufacture and delivery time were also very reasonable. I would order again from your company if the need exists. As you know I submitted a detailed solids drawing fully dimensioned. It would have been a little more friendly if that is all I had to do. Making of the template was a bit of a task but I do understand that helps eliminate potential errors in translation from a drawing to product. Thanks

We were so pleased with the website, the order process and delivery time. When the cushions were delivered, one of the bags was cut open somehow, but I examined everything before the delivery person left, and all was fine.
