The service was above and beyond excellent- what a pleasant experience. I realized I measured wrong, and called a week later. Your person went to find the person working on it, made sure she did not cut yet, then directed me through the right measurements, made sure the inner cushion was adjusted- SAVED ME!! The cushion we ordered was a tall order, that was priced out by another vender at 800.00, which was outrageous. We ordered through Cushion Source and were amazed at the number of choices we had. We are extremely pleased with our extra long new window seat cushion.
