Everything was perfect! Great customer service. I would suggest to remind customers purchasing piano bench cushions is to measure the actual space from the top of the bench to the bottom of the keyboard. That will help consider the thickness you should request for the cushion. When I unpacked mine I got a little scared to think I couldn't fit the bench under the piano. But it fit perfectly. It was thick but still gave me room to slide the bench underneath.
