We were very happy with the entire process from the ability to customize the cushions and pillows all on-line to the accurate estimate of timing to the high quality of our items. We are so pleased to have these in time for spring/summer. The cost is a bit high, but given the quality and ability to customize it was worth it.

I just wanted to take a moment and tell you how pleased we are with the cushions for our window seat and outdoor couch. The workmanship is amazing and from receiving some samples to putting our cushion in place the experience working with your company was fantastic. To be honest, I was a bit nervous buying cushions that cost this much online. But, my recommendation to anyone in the same situation is to get samples, measure carefully following the excellent directions on your website and then go ahead an order. Getting a cushion here that was 9 feet long in perfect shape is a great testament to your shipping methods. And we noticed that even the fabric placement on the cushions for the outdoor couch was meticulously aligned with the stripes so each seat cushion was the same and exactly matched each back. I am genuinely impressed and thankful for all the efforts on your part.
