I really appreciated how up to date I was kept on the status of my order. It was delayed because you didn't have the fabric in stock at the time I placed it, but was pleased that I was notified, and given the choice of changing it. I opted not to, to just wait for it to come in, and am glad I did. I'm very happy with the cushions, they're exactly as I'd requested and look gorgeous. Honestly, I thought your customer service was better than about 99% of companies out there. I think you're doing great!
