I really love the product and customer service was great. It was not clear how to order a custom ordered cushion. I chose the dimensions and requested a fabric sample. When I called to approve the sample, I was told that I had ordered a basic cushion. Fortunately, the customer service person was very helpful and fixed the problem.
Your customer service person I dealt with was excellent. She calmly assisted me in customizing the three piece I needed for my chair and ottoman. Job well done and much appreciated. I have already told friends of your service and highly recommended you. It's tough to improve on perfection....
