I was absolutely delighted with my order! It had been about 10 years since we'd ordered a custom cushion from you, so of course some of the fabrics and colors were not available. Not being able to nail down close to what we had previously, I phoned your customer service dept. and spoke to an incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgable and engaging agent! She walked me through the various measurements (I needed a different size than before) as well as described some of the fabrics. Kudos to Cushion Source - you are an outstanding company!
