Everything was great

Received the window seat cushion today and it is even better than I had hoped for! I am now looking around the house for new things that I can have made!!! I will recommend you to all of my "decorator" friends!!!

Your cushions came out perfectly. The pre-sales support I received from Jay was very helpful - I felt a consultant was working with me rather than a salesperson. The shipment was actually delayed a few days due to fabric delays and your customer service staff communicated proactively and made sure I was left with a positive experience.

Without question,the cushions are superior in all aspects. Stipes are matched perfectly,sewing is excellent.,fabric,although synthetic, feels like cotton canvas.Polyfil is of high grade with moderate compression,yet maintaining a soft loft. The overall determining factor for my purchase was the ability to purchase swatches for personal selection. Competition did not make this offer.Prices are competitive to other companies.
