Very attractive but not very comfortable. Service was excellent.

I ordered a cushion for an inside antique bench and was concerned that it fit the bench accurately. It arrived yesterday and it fits absolutely perfectly. I was also pleased with the color and especially the quality of the material and the craftsmanship. When I was measuring and ordering the cushion online, I called your number and spoke with a very helpful man who confirmed the measurements that I had made. He was very reassuring.

The window seat cushion I ordered arrived very quickly from time of order to now. The cushion itself is very comfortable and very well made. I was also impressed that after ordering some fabric samples I received follow-up e-mails, one of which let me know one fabric was no longer available- so much better than a surprise if I had gone to order that fabric.
