Everything was as good as it gets. I called to change the order after I submitted it online and the change was accommodated-the people I spoke to were professional, pleasant and efficient, the cushion is well made and came earlier than expected! I should also tell you that your product was 1/3 of the quote/price I received from a local vendor for the same custom cushion
After receiving the cushions on time, I was delighted to see that they were more beautiful than what I could see on line. Excellent craftsmanship and excellent fabric. This purchase came at the end of a long search of mine for the perfect cushions. You see, I had neurosurgery on my spine last July and I could no longer sit in my rocker because the slats would hurt. I received my cushions in the time that i was told and they were just perfect for what i wanted and they were just as I expected. i received a called a week after I placed my order to tell me that the fabric I ordered was unavailable. I told the sales person that all I wanted was a white or cream colored cotton fabric and to pick i out for me. she did and I was very pleased! thank you

The cushion was definitely well made and met all my specifics with just one small exception - "wrong color". I got a different color - I wanted more of a soft beige but I got a yellowish tan.
