Service was friendly, and excellent in terms of helping figure out how best to replace the sizes of cushions i needed to do. Going thru the computer to figure colors and patterns was also easy. Wish it had not taken so long to get them made as we weren't able to use them before it got cold. Wish you could have made the cushions while i waited or next day. Ha! But there is spring ahead..
