The throw pillows perfectly match my sunbrella umbrella in natural! even though the umbrella was bought last year and I didn't discover your website until recently. I am extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship and plan to order cushions in the near future for two wicker chairs and an ottoman Thank You for your attention to detail and speedy service :-D When I measured for the pillows, I did not take into account that they would, lose a bit of width and height due to the fill, but nonetheless they were cut to the exact dimensions I specified and over time, with wear, they will relax I'm sure and perform perfectly!
Really like the Sunbrella fabric. Hard to imagine the actual fabric on the screen. Did not want to order a sample. Very pleased with delivery being earlier than estimated.

Our chaise cushions were exactly what we hoped they would be. We were expecting guests to arrive at about the time the cushions were to arrive, and we were very pleased with the efforts of Blake to get the product to us before our guests arrived. Ties were left off one of the cushions and there was a small tear in that cushion's fabric as well. However, I have already been impressed by the customer service (again, Blake) for accomodating us in the plan to make the necessary repairs.

I am very pleased with your customer service and the quality of cushion craftsmanship and fabrics. Especially, when one of the fabrics I chose did not look good with the the other two. Your customer service rep went out of her way to contact me and said that the 3 fabrics did not compliment one another and she made a recommendation. She saved me a disappointment.
I ordered 2 custom bench cushions and am so happy with the way they turned out. One of your agents called to verify where I wanted the tie backs. The following day after giving it some thought I called to see if it was too late to change the placement.
