I ordered a custom window seat cushion for a ten foot window seat in our dining room over looking the lake. In also ordered coordinating pillows to finsh the look. The fabric selection was great. The Sunbrella fabric and the wide assortment made it easy to find something to coordinate with my decor. I also sent my own fabric to have pillows made to coordinate with custom drapes for my master bedroom. My grandmother and mother were both professional seamstresses, so I grew up knowing quality work. I carefully inspected the products when I received them and every seam was done very well. In addition, their service was very professional and prompt. I had to call to change the shipping address since I wasn't in home new home yet. I was so concerned there would be a problem, but the lady that took my call, made me feel like I was her only customer. Thank you so much! I can't wait to share my photos of your work with you!
hi---I liked the email updates so I knew exactly when to expect delivery; it was delivered on the exact date that you indicated. I liked the packaging that the cushion came in, clear plastic, just to cover the cushion, easy to discard. The site to select the fabric, size, type of cushion was easy to use.
The cusion I orded is perfect, just what I wanted. I looked into other options for a black cushion and the price at cushion souce was very reasonable. The other cushions I priced were within the same price line but not black or outdoor material. I live in upstate New York so I have not taken the plastic off the cushion, but have sat on it quite often, with the plastic on, as I have a fire place on my front porch, it is very firm and comfortable. In the future I am going to order cushions for my wicker back yard set.
