Her call came within 15 minutes. She had found the problem and expedited the original order. The cushions were at my doorstep within a week.

Everything looks great! The colors and sizes worked out nicely. Of course, we have had a snowstorm since they arrived ( and we did move the cushions into the house) - so we have not been able to sit outside and enjoy them as much as we would like.

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service I received when I called with questions. I talked to Carmen and she was so helpful and nice!!! She even asked me to send pictures of my outdoor concrete bench seats so she could make sure whoever made my cushions understood that the measurements had to be exact. She said she would ensure they were exactly to my specs. She went over and above to ensure I was comfortable as my order was over $600 and I had some trepidation with spending this kind of money ordering cushions online. Upon arrival (which was over a week earlier than originally estimated), the cushions fit perfectly!
