I spoke to a wonderfully patient and helpful salesperson who advised me to check the measurements of shipped furniture rather than rely on manufacturer measurements listed online. And they were substantially different! She saved me a lot of wasted money, and then gave me great advice on how to configure the order. The custom-made cushions arrived much earlier than the latest date estimated and they are perfect. I'm really delighted to have found this online company and will use it for any future customized items I need.
