The cushions that i ordered arrived on schedule, fit perfectly and look great. I love that i was able to see the cushions 'finished' / customized on the website before purchasing and being able to order samples in advance allowed me to ensure the fabric matched my other fabrics.
Ordering the fabric swatches was the way to go. Once we saw the colors in person, we knew what to order. I needed two window seats for each of my daughters. They loved the many fabric and piping choices and are very pleased with their window seat cushions. A customer service rep even called to verify the direction of the fabric pattern on one that my daughter chose. It wasn't long enough in one direction, so instead of having one seam near the middle, they split the difference and made two seams, each closer to the outside edge. This is perfect as the draperies cover that part anyway, and now there is no seam visible from the room. Fabulous!
The three cushions I ordered are beautiful and look great on my bench. The fabric is perfect, they are very well made, and comfortable. Delivery time was good. I plan to order another cushion for my window seat.

We ordered 7 cushions and it was a fabulous and easy process from start to finish! After purchasing several samples and deciding on one for our dining room chairs, we were stuck on what material to use as welting, so Markay sent several additional samples to us so we could look at them side by side with our chosen fabric. We ended up picking one from her samples that we never would have even considered, and the end result is beautiful. The video on how to create a custom template was easy to follow and we were able to provide exact measurements for our chairs and the cushions fit perfectly. We will definitely be using this company again for future needs.
This is the second time that I have ordered cushions from your company and both times, I have been completely satisfied. This last time, I inadvertently put the wrong measurement in my order and your employee called me to discuss it and straighten it out. Everything is beautiful and I would use your company again if needed.
