I am very pleased with both the Cushion Source product (my new bench seat cushions) and the process. I started out skeptical that I would end up with a product that I liked, and frankly fearful about my ability to measure correctly for the end result I wanted. Your website is very easy to use and makes the ordering process pretty simple. I really liked having the option to order fabric samples, and I am very glad that I did, since the material looked quite different in my home setting from what it looked like online. The product arrived on the projected timeline which was also a very big positive. I am very happy with the quality of the cushions. the sewing is very well done and to my surprise, my measuring resulted in exactly the look I wanted. The cushions cover a very large L of storage cupboards within my kitchen and this past weekend we had 18 people here for 4 days - I think everyone who cycled through the kitchen found the bench seating with the cushions very comfortable. Overall I would rate Cushion Source a big thumbs up! I have already passed on your information to several people very interested in custom cushions. And next summer, when I will be looking for chair cushions for my screen porch, I will definitely be a return customer!

Your competitor's sites were not nearly as thorough in explaining and assisting in the design as yours.
