I received my custom cushion and the product very much met my (high) expectations. The color was an exact match to the product photos, and the fit and finish were superb. The 3 inch loft was perfect, and I found that the explanation of the various options were indispensable in making an informed purchasing decision. Your prices are not the lowest on the Internet, but the quality is the BEST. For that reason, I would say the value factor is phenomenal. We put in the order and added comments asking a question about how much allowance to leave for the piping.
