From ordering fabric samples to making templates and ordering the cushions, the entire process went very well. Customer service was excellent and Peggy walked us through the process and communicated with us expeditiously whenever we had questions to keep things going. The cushions fit perfectly and we have received many compliments on the craftsmanship of the cushions and the quality of the fabric. We were not sure how ordering cushions online would work out, but we are extremely pleased with the mechanics of the process and the quality of the final product.
