The custom cushion and pillow totally completes my little space... a reading nook! I couldn't be more pleased with how it looks. Although the original order was made with the wrong fabric, JoNiya Williams resubmitted my re-order immediately and was able to get the replacement cushion/pillow to me very quickly, within a couple of weeks. Wow! Now that's customer service!!!
