I was in a bind because we were having a big outdoor party and I had delayed getting new (custom sized) cushions for my Lane Leeward chairs. We had ordered from Cushion Source a few years ago and I contacted you again with only three weeks to spare. Even though I had to pay an expedite fee (which I deserved), we were able to get exactly what we wanted, exactly when we wanted it. I knew the quality would be good because my cushions from the last purchase still look amazing! Everything arrived on time, the workmanship is beautiful, and I am extremely pleased with product and quality of service.

Beautiful perfect fit!

I called with a few questions and Shay was very helpful and patient. She provided good information and arranged to send some fabric samples. I thought it was a very nice gesture to provide these at no cost and was especially impressed that they came quickly by FedEx. This made it easy to make a selection while the idea was still lively. (Good marketing.) I will be needing several custom cushions for an RV conversion project and ordered one to start out so I can test the feel of the foam layers. From the description, it should work out nicely, in which case I will be placing a larger order. Thanks.
